Day 01. Arrival Lhasa

Either by flight or Train to Lhasa, your guide and driver will greet you welcome to Tibet and take you driving along through Yurlung Tsangpo river and Lhasa river valley to Lhasa city, Altitude of Lhasa is 3650 meters above level, Lhasa means Place of God,

After arriving in Lhasa, you can check in hotel and rest for getting acclimatized to high altitude, every tourist need to drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day at high altitude, if you are no problem at altitude then you will go slowly and take easy walking around the Barkhor square with Barkhor street and Potala palace square, the best option is to take a rest and slow easy walking in first two days in high altitude,

Day 02. Lhasa city sightseeing tour: Morning visit to Drepung monastery and Afternoon visit to Sera monastery. In the morning, you are going to visit the Drepung monastery, which is one of the great three Gelupa-pa monasteries and the largest Buddhist monastery in Tibet,

This monastery was founded in 1416 by Jamyang Chogyi Tashi Palden, one of the famous main disciples of the Ji Tsongkhapa, Monastery have few different colleagues and once a time more than 10000 to 6000 monks and lamas,

Afternoon visit to Sera monastery, which is another one the three great Gelug-pa and second-largest Buddhist monastery in Tibet, this monastery was founded in 1419 by Jamchen Choji Sakya Yashi, one of the main disciples of the Ji Tsongkhapa,

In the monastery have one hot attraction to see by locals and tourist is the monks debating on Tibetan Buddhism’s philosophical and theological in the debating courtyard,

Day 03. Lhasa city sightseeing tour: Morning visit to Potala palace and Afternoon visit to Jokhang Temple with Barkhor street,

Today you will visit Potala Palace which is the residence winter palace and Spiritual with government center of the Dalai Lamas,

It was built in the 7th century by Tibetan famous Buddhist king Songtsen Gampo and later in the 17th century the great 5th Dalai Lama reconstructed the modern complex of the Potala palace, Starting from that Potala is divided into two palaces, Red palace and a white palace, The 13 floors and 1000 rooms in the Potala palace,

Red Palace mainly for Spiritual central building and White Palace mainly for Government central building,

The most valuable collections of the Potala Palace are the gilded burial Tomb stupas of the former Dalai lamas, Meditation Cave of the King Songtsen Gampo during the 7th century, Buddha’s Status and printings on the wall,

Afternoon visit to Jokhang Temple which is the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Tibet, located at central of the Lhasa, this temple was built in the 7th century by the 33rd king of Tibet(Songtsen Gampo) with the two princesses from China and Nepal, this Temple is constructive on the Tibet and Neivari style,

Inside the temple you can see the most important and Holiest is for the statue of Present Buddha Sakyamuni at age of twelve and many another Buddhas and Protectors statue, as well as preserving original culture relics wall printings more than one thousand years ago after you can finish to inside the temple, you will go to the second floor for rooftop photos and than go outside the temple to see the local pilgrims prostrating in the front of Temple and you can do kora with the pilgrimage and local peoples clockwise walking around the old Barkhor street,

Day 04. Drive from Lhasa to Shigatse Via Gyantse,(Manasarovar Hotel or Sakya Lhunpo palace Hotel )Altitude of Shigatse is 3860m

In the morning, you will drive from Lhasa to Shigatse for 345km and approx 10 hours including stopping at all tourist scenic and Lunchtime,

On the way, drive over the Gampa- la pass 4790m, the first mountain pass in your trip and you will have a beautiful color lake of Yamdruk Yumtso lake 4400 m, The surrounded by many snow-capped mountains in the distance and local Tibetan villages, the most interesting you can see the spectacular view of the Mount.Nyenchen Kangsar 7191m,

Later we will pass and enjoy the Karo-la pass (5039m )and Karo- la Glacier with Mount. Nyenche Kangsar front of your eyes then will continue to drive Gyantse town, Historically Tibet’s third-largest city, we will visit the Palkor monastery and Gyantse Kumbum stupa, the biggest and largest stupa in Tibet,

After finishing to visit the monastery, we will continue to drive 90 km to Shigatse, takes one and half hours to the hotel, check-in hotel and free time,

The second-largest city in Tibet and main city of the Shigatse prefecture,

Day 05. Drive from Shigatse to Shager/New Tingri,(Shager Grand Hotel or Gomolangma hotel)Altitude of Shager is 4200m,

In the morning after finish, breakfast you will visit the home of Panchen Lama’s Monastery(Tashilhunpo Monastery )which is the largest Gelu- pa monastery in the Shigatse region and This monastery was founded by the first Dalai Lama(Gunden Drupa) in 1447, after the 4th Panchen Lama this monastery becomes the home site monastery of the next successive incarnations of the Panchen Lama,

Inside the monastery, you can see the statues of Buddha and the Tomb stupa of the fast Panchen Lama from 4 to 10,

The most amazing is the statue of the Future Buddha(Miratya Buddha)the biggest gilded made statue in the world, The 26.6 meters high and 16.8 meters wide, this statue was built by the 9th Panchen Lama in 1914,

After we will finish visiting the monastery, Then we will leave to Shager, from Shigatse to Shager is 240km and approx 5 hours driving, lunch at lhatse before arrival to lhatse town we will pass Tso- la pass 4500 m after the lunch continues drive ascend all the way to Gyantse- la pass 5248 m, shortstop on a pass to take the pictures of snow mountains, here you enter the Qomolangma national nature reserve park area after you will drive descend into Luolo river valley to you can see the first view of Mt.Everest and then to Shager, Check in hotel and have a good rest in the room,

Day 06. Drive from Shager/New Tingri to Rongbuk monastery or Mt.Everest,(Monastery Guesthouse)110km approx 4 to 5 hours,

We will leave early as possible you can to Rongbuk Monastery or Everest because you will have the best shot pictures of the sunrise on the Himalaya mountains and Mt.Everest on the top of Gawu- la pass(5198m), The best panorama views of the Himalaya mountains at the top the pass, which is 5 peaks above 8000 meters with other range of Himalaya,

After you will drive descend all the way to Chuzom village, where the eco bus or the Schedule bus station to Rongbuk, here we will take the electric bus to Rongbuk monastery for a half-hour drive, don’t forget to bring your necessary stuff, like sunglasses, sunblock, down jackets, etc, the guide will remind you, afternoon you can enjoy for explores the Rongbuk monastery and taken pictures of Everest, the sunset view photos of the Everest and morning sunrise view photos front of your guesthouse,

Rongbuk monastery is the world highest monastery with the Nuns and Monks chanting together in one assembly hall,

Day 07. Drive from Rongbuk monastery to Kyirong core town,370km approx 8 to 9 hours,

In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise view of Everest, if the weather permits,

After that, we can drive to Kyirong border via old Tingri, a quick stop at old Tingri for shopping snacks, beers, soft drink,s and Lunch at Peiku- Tso lake area picnic,

Then continue drive on the friendship road and turn off to, on the way you can see the Mount. Shishapangma with other snow mountains and Peiku Tso lake,

Have a picnic lunch near the lake, after passing the Ghungtang- la pass (5236m), we will drive descend all the way to Kyirong core town, check-in hotel and explore the town,

Day 08. Drive from Kyirong core town to Rasuw border, Sino- Nepal border,25 km approx one and half hours drive down to Chinese border,
