Day1. Arrive to Lhasa either from Airport or Train station, Your Tibetan Ian?s driver will greet you welcome wishes to Tibet and put on white scarf for wonderful and happy journey ,take you to your hotel in Lhasa, after you can take a rest for get acclimatized to high altitude and need to drink plenty of water.

Day2. Lhasa city sightseeing tour: Drepung monastery and Sera monastery:
In the morning, we will tour to Drepung monastery,
Drepung monastery was built by Jamyang Choje Tashi Palden in 1416, one of the Tsongkhapa?s disciples,Which is one of the great three Gelukpa monastery and the largest Buddhist monastery in Tibet, you can visit to the Ganden palace, the Main assembly hall, colleges and the biggest kitchen of monastery,
Afternoon, we will visit to Sera monastery,
Sera Monastery was built in 1419 by Jamyang Choje Sakya Yeshe, one of the Tsongkhapa?s disciples, the second largest Buddhist monastery in Tibet and one the three great Gelukpa monastery of Tibet, the hot attraction to see tourist is the monks debate in debating courtyard at 3 pm to 5 pm, you can tour the colleges , the main Assembly, the Tibetan religious scriptures printing house, the three colorful sand Mandala.

Day3. Lhasa city sightseeing tour: Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple with Bharkhor street:
Today, we will going to visit the Potala palace, Potala palace was founded by the great Buddhist king Songtsen Gompo in 7th century on Red hill( Tib called Marpo ri),In 17th century the great 5th Dalai Lama reconstruction of potala palace for the present complex . It has divided into two palace, Red palace and White palace with the 13 stories and the one thousand rooms, the residence of the Dalai Lamas and the winter palace of the successive Dalai Lamas, the most valuable you can see in potala palace has the gold tomb burial stupas of the past reincarnation Dalai Lamas , the 7th century?s king Songtsen Gompo meditation cave, the chapels full of Buddha?s status and Buddhist scriptures textbooks and the old printing murals,
Afternoon you will going to visit Jokhang Temple and Bharkhor street, which is located in center of Lhasa city, this Jokhang Temple was built by 33rd great king Songtsen Gompo in 7th century, in order to promote the Buddhist region. This is holiest Buddhist temple in Tibet, inside you can see the holy statue of Buddha Sakyamuni ( present Buddha) at age of twelve, Outside. You can see many pilgrims doing prostrating at front of the temple and the pilgrimage walking clockwise circumambulating temple, where you can do kora with local pilgrimages to explore Bharkhor street,

Day4. Drive from Lhasa to Damxung Via Namtso lake:
Today firstly drive to Namtso lake , visit the lake Namtso, which is also known as the Heavenly kake. Namtso lake, another holy lake in Tibet, is located at 4760 meters above sea level and the highest saltwater lake in the world, the second biggest saltwater lake in China, visit local nomad?s family ,the explores lake side and do the hike kora to Tashi dor inland,

Day5. Drive from Damxung to Terdrum nunnery:
After breakfast, trip to Reting monastery, Reting monastery was founded by Atisha?s chief disciple Dromton in 1057 in the Reting Tsangpo valley north of Lhasa as the seat of the Kadam lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. After drive continue to Drigong Til monastery, Drigong Til monastery was founded in 1779. Traditionally it has been the main seat of the Drigung Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, in its early years the monastery played an important role in both religion and politics. There after transfer to Terdrom. Terdrom nunnery is well know for retreat and meditation since 7th and 8th century. At that time Guru Padmasambhava and his consort Khadro Yeshi Tsogyal had meditated and their caves can still be visited now, the hot spring is also popular with its natural healing power and you will have time enjoy it in the evening.

Day6. Drive from Terdrom to Lhasa:
In Morning, we will drive to Lhasa Via Ganden monastery . Ganden monastery was founded by Tsongkhapa in 1409 and later became one of the main Buddhist learning centers for Gelukpa sect( one of the four schools in Tibetan Buddhism). The monastery is located on the top the wango hill and from there it will offer a great view of Khyichu valley,
