Day 01. Arrival in Lhasa by Flight or Train(Alt is 3650m) 3-star Hotel: Yak hotel or similar rate hotel
When you arrive in Lhasa either by Flight or Train, your guide and drive We to greet and take you to your hotel. On the way, you will enjoy the view of the Yarlung Tsangpo river valley and the Lhasa River valley to Lhasa,
After arriving in Lhasa, you can take a rest and get acclimatized to high altitude, if you feel fine to go out, then you can go to Barkhor square and Potala square take photos,
Day 02. Lhasa city sightseeing tour: Drepung monastery and Sera monastery
Today you are going to visit Drepung monastery which is the largest and the great three Gelugpa monasteries of Tibet, founded in 1416 by Jamyang Chogyi, one of the Ji Tsongkhapa’s main disciples, you can visit Ganden palace, Main Assembly hall, biggest main kitchen, and college,
Sera monastery: which is another Gelugpa school(Yellow hat)monastery of Tibetan Buddhism in Tibet and the second largest monastery of Tibet, the most exciting attraction in the monastery is the monks’ debate at debating courtyard,
Also in the monastery, you can see the three mandalas made by colorful sands,
Day 03. Lhasa city sightseeing tour: Potala Palace and Jokhang temple with Barkhor street
In the morning you are visiting Potala Palace, which was built in the 7th century by great 33rd of Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo on the Red hill, Later in the 17th century the Famous 5th Dalai Lama reconstruction for the Modern size of the Potala palace,
After that palace became the winter palace of the Dalai lamas,
The Potala Palace is divided into two palaces: Red and White palace,
The red palace is especially for the spiritual and the White palace is mainly for the government, The Potala has 13 floors building and one thousand rooms, inside the red palace you can see the gilded burial stupas of former Dalai Lamas and the Meditation Cave of the king Songtsen Gampo during the 7th century,
Afternoon you will visit the Jokhang temple, which is founded in the 7th century by the famous Tibetan Buddhist king Songtsen Gampo, the holiest Buddhist temple in Tibet, this temple is located in the center of Lhasa, the main statue in the temple is image statue of the present buddha( Sakyamuni Buddha) at age of Twelve, outside the front of the temple you can see pilgrims doing prostrating, around the temple is Barkhor street, where local peoples and pilgrimage do the kora,
Day 04. Drive from Lhasa to Gyantse(Alt is 3960)270km approx 7 to 8 hours, Gyantse hotel or Yeti Hotel
Today you will drive to Gyantse town, on the way you will enjoy the mountain passes, the holy lake Yamdruk Yumtso, Snow Mountain View of Mount.Nyanchen Kangsar 7191m and Glacier,
First, you will reach the Kamba- la pass which is at an altitude of 4798m high, overlooking you can see the beautiful turquoise color of Yamdruk Yumtso lake (Turquoise lake)and far distance snow mountains after we will drive down the pass and get closer to the lake, find out good spot area to short walk near to the lake,
Then reach to lunch place, after that, we will continue to drive to Gyantse, before arriving in Gyantse you can see the snow mountains of Nyanchen Kangsar,Karo- la pass 5039m, Karo- la Glacier and Simi-la pass 4340m, then check in hotel and free time to explore the town
Day 05. Drive from Gyantse to Shigatse(Alt is 3860m)90km approx one and half hours, Manasarovar Hotel or Sakya roundup palace hotel,
In the morning first, you will visit Gyantse Palchuk monastery and the Kumbum stupa, which is the most popular largest monastery in the Gyantse area,
This monastery was founded by 1st Panchen Lama and Princes Rabten kalasang in 1418, the visit to the biggest stupa in Tibet (Kumbum stupa), This stupa was founded in 1418 and finished up in 1424, which is 9 floors,77 chapels,108 doors, and 10000 images and statues in the stupa, after you will walk to old traditional Tibetan town,
Then we will drive to Shigatse for one and half hours driving,90km, the second-largest city in Tibet and the biggest city in Shigatse prefecture area,
Afternoon you will visit Tashilhunpo monastery,
Day 06. Drive from Shigatse to Shegar/ New Tingri (Alt is 4050m)240km approx 5 to 6 hours,
Today we will drive to Shager
Day 07. Drive from Shegar / New Tingri to Khada county/ Yuba(Alt is 3980)120km approx 4 hours
In the, we drive from Shager, on the Gyawu- la pass 5198m, we can see the five highest mountains in the world at the same time, which is very amazing and the beautiful panoramic views of the Himalaya snow mountains, we will arrive at TashiZong, a small town, where we can have our lunch. After that, we have to continue to drive to 2 to 3 hours before reaching Khada county where we get our Yaks and Yakmen . After all, things settled well with yak men, we will drive another 20 minutes to camp at Yuba valley.
Day 08. Rest day for acclimatizing and then preparing for the kinds of stuff repacking during trekking and things leave in Vehicle, afternoon hike around Yuba village area
Day 09. Trek from Khada to Xiuwu-Tso, Camping( 8 to 9 hours walking)Alt is 4600m Camping
Hike up the Kharta Tsangpo valley past several villages. The trails to the Xiuwu- Tso leaves the Kharta valley and climbs steadily up a side valley to the south, Continue to trek ascend steadily over rocky ground to reach the Xiuwu-Tso lake for another 3 to 4 hours, camp near the lakeside,
Day 10. Trek from Xiuwu-Tso to Zoksam river valley(Alt is 4100m)5 to 6 hours walking
In the morning we will trek ascend steadily sharp and steep to Shao- la pass(4980m), on the pass of Shao- la, you can see the nice view of Mt. Makalu clearly if weather permits, then we will go down the trail in a valley, you can see another small lake and the full of blossoms wild mountain flowers and bushes of Juniper and Rhododendron smell everywhere in the valley.
Day 11. Trek from Zoksam river valley to kangshung valley/Rabga(Alt is 4300m)7 to 8 hours walking,Camping
Trek steeply through juniper and rhododendron forest to reach the high pasture above the Kama river valley.on clear days, we will see splendid views toward Everest and Lhotse. The high ridges south of the Kama river valley drip with hanging glaciers and in the spring are alive with bellowing avalanches. we continue to traverse alpine meadows and pass yak herders camps and a serene green lake to a campsite 14500 on a large meadow with a great view of the Kangshung valley. we continue to walk the trail in Tangsum and Tangshung, you can see the better views of the Everest, Lhotse Shar, Tshertse, Petangtse, Chomolonze, Makalu, and a myriad of other great peaks, from this ridge we descend rather steeply a down to the Rabga, where karma river coming from the Langma-La pass,
Day 12. Trek from Rabga to Orga(Alt is 5090m)5 to 6 hours walking, Camping
Today we will trek slowly ascend the Pethang Ringmo valley and Kangshung valley to Orga, where we will camp, on the way to Orga you can see the amazing view of Kangshung face and the glacier, after that we will trek up the very steep difficult rocky trail top and then soon reach to bend grassy area, the place where we can camp, In this camping place is the best view spot to see the sunrise and sunset on the Mt.Everest, Lhotse
Day 13. Orga( Alt is 5090m) ,Camping
Today we will day hike to Pethang valley/ Everest east face base camp area, we do the lunch pack and the Nice picnic at somewhere in good spot place, Why we choose this hiking is mainly to see the best panoramic view of the Everest east face and the Lhotse, Also kangshung face valley, where you are reaching to the closed spot to take the picturesque of the Everest and Lhotse, Kangshung face glaciers,
Day 14. Trek from Orga to TsoShutrima(4900m)8 to 9 hours walking, Camping
Today we will trek back on the same trail to Rabga uphill, after that at first for an hour to a shelf above the river, then another hour across the relatively flat ground to a small meadow called Tengboche, continue to hike steeply over alpine slopes for another couple of hours to reach a small lake at the bases of the lama- la pass, is called Tsoshutrima, camp place, the great views of the Everest and Makalu
Day 15. Trek from Tsoshutrima to Lundrubling(Alt is 4720m)5 to 6 hours walking, Across the Langma- la pass 5390m.Camping
We will climb steeply over rocky ground to reach the Langma- La passes 5330m, In just over two hours. En route, we pass another lake, and the views of Makalu become more impressive as we climb upwards, while Everest and all the other attendant peaks are visible all the way to pass, from Langma-la pass we bid farewell to the kangshung valley and the impressive panorama of some of the world highest mountains, then descend steeply four hours over rocky moraines and glaciated valley to Lundrubling, arrive at the camping place,

Day 16. Lundrubling to Khada to Rongbuk monastery (Alt is 5150)120km approx 4 to 5 hours, Guesthouse
Today our driver will come here to pick up us and we will drive to Rongbuk monastery, the world highest monastery, In Rongbuk you can see the view of Mt.Everest north face and Rongbuk glacier, also you can see the breathtaking golden sunset and sunrise of the Everest if weather permits,
Day 17. Drive from Rongbuk to Old Tingri.Hotel(Alt is 4300m)120km approx 4 to 5 hours,
In the morning you will enjoy the Sunrise view of Mt.Everest and drive to Old Tingri, on the way also you will see the nomads and local Tibetan farmers, afternoon you will explore the old Tingri and enjoy the panorama view of the Himalaya mountains,
Day 18. Drive from Old Tingri to Kyirong, Hotel (Alt is 2100m)260km approx 5 to 6 hours
Today we will drive to Kyirong core town, on the way you can see the beautiful view of the Mount. Shishapangma 8012m and Peiku Tso lake, after you will drive ascend to Gungthang- la pass 5236m and then drive all the way to descend to the Kyirong valley to Kyirong core town,check-in hotel and last Tibet side town to explore on it,
Day 19. Drive from Kyirong town to Rasuw border,
Today is the last short drive trip in Tibet before crossing the Sino- Nepal border, from Kyirong core to Border is 25 km take will take one and half hours driving descend to there, you will exit china custom also your guide will help you check out and introduce the Nepali guide,
